Kevin was appointed the Company’s CEO in March 2021 following on from his position as the Company’s Interim-CEO & Senior Technical Advisor from May 2020. Kevin’s 30-year career has been dedicated to the development and operation of resource projects, from discovery, feasibility study stage to mining and minerals processing operations. He has held various managing director appointments including President of Etruscan Diamonds (part of TSX-listed Etruscan Resources), and has founded Specialized Metallurgical Projects Pty Ltd, an engineering consulting and project development company, focusing on metal recovery and mining waste processing projects.

As CEO, Kevin is focused on the day-to-day site operations at Mt Carbine as well as overseeing the assessment of the Company’s project portfolio to outline a strategic roadmap for the Mt Carbine developments and EQR's other expansion and exploration activities.

Ryan is contracted to the Mt Carbine site through CRONIMET’s JV with EQ Resources, with a focus on growing operational capacities & outputs. His experience and expertise has proven very useful in linking and managing the technical, legal, and financial processes to drive the structuring, growth, and management of the Mt Carbine operations.

Ryan is integral to Mt Carbine's development, financing, and operational management focusing on sensor-based sorting technologies as a catalyst for the advancement of Mt Carbine and the beneficiation of its historic mine wastes.

Natasha is a long-standing stalwart employee at our company, providing invaluable continuity since the Carbine Tungsten days. With over 30 years of experience in Management Accounting, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role as the Finance and Administration Coordinator.

Natasha is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the company's financial operations and administration matters, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. She also oversees the corporate services department and serves as an integral member of both the corporate and site leadership teams.
